At Tay Home we value you, and we strive for transparency in our interactions with you. We seek to make your online experiences with us efficient and as personalized as you would like. The information that we obtain from or about you, whether directly or indirectly, helps us understand you better and improve your shopping and other experiences with us. Above all, though, our main goals are to gain and maintain your trust, including by addressing any questions or concerns you might have about the privacy and safety of your personal information when it is in our hands.

We are happy to accept all major credit cards (VISA, Discover, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay, Klarna, After Pay, Cashapp and Zelle, besides cash.

Purchase Policy 

How does it work? 

  1. To Purchase it is easy. You can navigate on our easy menu by category or by brand, to choose your products. You can always see what is new by clicking on "New Arrivals", Once you find THE ONE you love, you just have to adjust the quantity and add it to your cart.  
  2. Once you get it in your shopping cart, we need a little information from you. Basic stuff like: Name, E-mail (to send the confirmation of your order), and the other information are optional. 
  3. After that you can go ahead and choose the form of your payment. This information is 100% secure and safe kept by Shopify only. 
  4. Now it's time to add your shipping address. Be careful and always double check your information. If you add the wrong address the shipping fee will be charged again on your card. 
  5. Once everything needed is filled out, you just need to click on: Place Your Order! and Boom! You are all Done! 
  6. You should receive an e-mail confirmation within a couple of minutes. 
  7. We will send you a second e-mail when your order is fulfilled with your tracking number. 
  8. Our delivery services are made for a Third Part Company: USPS. For tracking information about your package use your tracking number and go to: Track it!

                  Sales Products Policy 

                  For purchasing our products on our Sales selection, it is the same process for regular collections. Follow the steps above. Our Exchange and Return Policy are a little different as defined below.  

                  Products on sale can’t be exchanged or returned. They are FINAL Sale. 

                  Promotions and additional discounts like Free Shipping DO NOT apply for products on sale. 

                   

                  SHIPPING 

                  After purchasing with us your order will be confirmed and shipped within 48 business hours. We will do our best to ship it to you as soon as possible. Usually, orders are shipped within less than 48 hours, when it's not a holiday or weekend.  

                  • Standard Flat Delivery - 17.95 USD. 
                  • We use Priority Mail Flat rate service from USPS. The estimated delivery period is between 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery address. Delays can happen because of COVID-19 impact. Again, we do not have control over your delivery time frame. But we assure you that every package can be tracked, and it is insured. It does not matter where in United States of America the package it’s going to be sent, only one Flat Rate price it's applied for your order.  
                  • Express delivery - 27.95 USD 
                  • We use Priority Express Mail Flat rate service from USPS. The estimated delivery period is 1-2 business days. 
                  • You will always receive your TRACKING NUMBER. You can check the status of your order using your tracking number at: USPS TRACKING. All the items are tracked and insured. So, you don't have to worry.  

                   

                  CANCELLATION POLICY 

                  All orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is submitted. Payment will be obtained at the time the order is placed. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be fulfilled unless otherwise noted.  

                   

                  EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 

                  RETURNS: we do not accept returns. See our Exchange policy for an exchange. 

                  We really want you to be fully happy with your purchase but if you are not, we will be glad to walk you through the process according to our return policy.  

                  Merchandise should be returned within 7 (seven) days of purchase.  Returns postmarked after 7 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. 

                  Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, clean, smoke and odor free. in the same condition as received. No exception!!! 

                  All returns are eligible for store credit only, no refunds.  

                  Final Sales, Holiday items and SPECIAL ORDERS that have been customized or personalized in any way are not eligible for store credit or exchange and cannot be returned. 

                  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are a small business and do not offer free shipping on returns. Some companies raise their prices to cover these costs, we have chosen not to. But do not worry, we will get you covered when it's time to send your exchange back to you: without any extra cost. 

                  Original shipping costs are not refundable. Tay Home LLC is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. 

                  You can always exchange for a different item, you can that too within up to 7 days upon request. 

                  Exchanges are ONLY accepted with the original tags locked, unworn, unwashed, clean, and smoke and odor free, in the same condition as received. No exception!!! 

                  Laundered or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. After inspecting the item, if we find that the product has been used or laundered, we will not issue a refund and return the goods to you. We simply cannot restock a used item. Or if we did not receive the request and proof of return (tracking number) within 07 (seven) days from the day you received it.  

                  Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions, please chat with our Customer Experience team before placing your order. 

                  We do not offer price adjustments. 

                  Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.   Only one exchange request can be made for the same order. You may add up to 5 items in your exchange request. Exchange can be made only ONCE for each purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.  

                  The credit for the exchange will remain at the Store for 90 days only from the date of the approval.

                  No Refund policy 

                   We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. See our Exchange policy for an exchange. 
                   

                  If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email contact@tayhomestore.com with details of the product and the defect. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Please make sure to save the receipt of shipping in case we do not receive it within 07 days, which is the acceptable time on our policy. Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt and the refund should be posted to your original payment method within 72 hours of completion. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method minus the original shipping cost. If you receive free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost paid by Tay Home LLC will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of originally shipping the item(s) to you.
